MIRTO offers exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving the order. The exchange or return period may be extended during specific promotions.

There will be no charge for exchanges or returns if the product is taken by the customer to a Post Office (drop-off service available in the national peninsular territory). Home pick-up carries could have an associated cost depending on its location.

REQUEST EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We regret that we cannot accept the exchange or return of personal or intimate use products, underwear, or customized, altered, or "made-to-measure" or commissioned products.

Each return request will be handled individually by our Customer Service department, who will contact you by phone or email in case of any issues. The normal processing time is approximately 1 week, although during some holiday periods or high commercial intensity, it may be slightly increased.

The refund of the returned items will be made through the same payment method used to make the purchase once the merchandise has been received and checked in our warehouses. The shipping costs of the first shipment, if applicable, cannot be refunded. Please note that it may take around 48/72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back into your account after you have been notified of the return.
