EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

MIRTO will gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged, unwashed merchandise purchased online or by phone within 20 days of original purchase date and with original labels still attached.

The return of OUTLET products (above 50% discount) or hygienic products, like face mask or underwear, will not be accepted.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. MIRTO is not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item such as dry cleaning and wear.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS PROCEDURES

To proceed with the exchange or return of items please contact our customer service and we will let you know how to proceed:

- Using the following questionnaire (bottom of page).

Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification when the credit has been issued.

Cost of initial shipping if applied will not  be deducted from your refund. We will ship the exchange to you at our expense if applied.

If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us before to ensure that the new item is available. Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.

Send via DHL Express or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise. No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.

Please, consider we can not accept exchange or returns on underwear and face mask due to hygienic reasons.
