The customer must follow the instructions that appear on the screen to carry through the purchase process. At any moment the customer may correct mistakes, change the data introduced, change the content of the shopping basket or cancel the entire order during the purchase process and before placing the order.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, and accepts fully, the Terms and Conditions.

The order is formalized through the Web by clicking on the "Finish the order" button.

In the event that the customer has any questions when placing an order or if they have any queries about it, they can contact us via email shop@mirto.com

Once the order has been received, the customer must contact us via email shop@mirto.com indicating the following information:

-Name and surname

-Order number

-Attach as much information as possible (in case of a defective item include photographs of said product)

Our customer service will contact the customer as soon as possible.

You can pay by way of bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX) or PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal.

Credit cards may have been declined for one of the following reasons:

- The card could have expired. Check the validity date of your card.

- You may have entered some incorrect information. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.

- You may have exceeded your credit limit. Contact your bank to verify that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit by said.

Once we confirm to the customer the refund of the order, it will be effective in about 48/72 hours. If not, the customer must write to shop@mirto.com
